Trust is the foundation of every successful AI application. That is why we are pleased to announce that ENTRYZERO is now part of Trust4Good, an initiative that promotes transparency and trustworthiness in the field of artificial intelligence.
What is Trust4Good?
Trust4Good is a trustworthiness platform for AI providers and their AI solutions. It is designed to help companies select trustworthy AI products and make informed decisions when procuring or using AI. The platform was developed as part of the TrustKI research project, funded by the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV) and led by the Institute for Internet Security (if(is)) at Westphalian University of Applied Sciences.
Key Features
Demonstration of Trustworthiness: AI providers document the characteristics of their companies and AI solutions based on defined criteria.
Comparability: Users can compare different AI offerings based on standardized features.
Transparency: The platform makes information visible that goes beyond traditional product descriptions.
Building Trust: It aims to bridge the gap between AI providers and potential customers by making it clear why a solution can be trusted.
What Is Evaluated?
Trust4Good does not assess trustworthiness through its own penetration tests or technical audits, but rather through a scientifically developed trustworthiness model. AI providers must submit structured evidence and information about their company and their AI solution. These are evaluated based on defined criteria and presented transparently on the platform Seven areas are evaluated:
- IT security: Protection of systems, data, and information.
- Integrity: Ethical and responsible conduct by the company.
- Reliability: Dependable processes, quality, and long-term stability.
- Competence (Trustworthiness): The provider’s expertise and experience.
- Transparency: Traceability of the AI and its decisions.
- Performance: Accuracy, robustness, and quality of the AI solution.
- Suitability: The AI’s suitability for the intended use case.

How is the evaluation conducted?
The evaluation is based on a standardized questionnaire and supporting documentation submitted by the providers. For each of the seven trust criteria, information and documents are requested—such as guidelines, certificates, process descriptions, or technical documentation. These are evaluated using a scientifically developed assessment model and presented transparently on the platform.
What sets Trust4Good apart from other companies?
Trust4Good differs from other trust and evaluation approaches in four key ways:
Focus on AI: While certifications such as ISO 27001 evaluate a company’s information security, Trust4Good focuses specifically on the trustworthiness of AI providers and AI solutions.
Holistic evaluation: The assessment considers not only technical security aspects but also factors such as transparency, integrity, competence, reliability, and the appropriateness of the AI.
Scientific foundation: The evaluation model was developed as part of the TrustKI research project and is based on scientific studies rather than solely on regulatory requirements.
Comparison platform rather than certification: Trust4Good is designed to help companies compare different AI providers using uniform criteria. It is not an independent certification or audit body, but rather a transparency platform.
The biggest difference from traditional certifications is therefore that Trust4Good aims to make trust visible, while standards such as ISO 27001 or audits under the EU AI Act are intended to demonstrate compliance with specific requirements. Ideally, both approaches complement each other.
Trust4Good and ENTRYZERO
By joining this initiative, ENTRYZERO underscores its commitment to not only implementing cybersecurity and AI security from a technical standpoint, but also to designing them in a responsible and transparent manner. As a company that helps organizations secure modern IT and AI systems, we view trust as a critical factor for success in the digital future.
Samet Gökbayrak in a YouTube Interview
Why is trust one of the most important factors in IT security today? And why did ENTRYZERO decide to become part of Trust4Good?
Our CEO, Samet Gökbayrak, discusses exactly these topics in a recent YouTube interview. He explains why technical security measures alone are not enough and why transparency, accountability, and trust are playing an increasingly important role in the use of artificial intelligence.
He also provides insights into ENTRYZERO’s motivation for joining Trust4Good and working together to advance the development of trustworthy AI.
